Crystal Care is a 74-bed 4-star rated Skilled Nursing Facility. We are locally owned and operated by health professionals with over 30 years of experience. Currently, the Crystal Care Nursing and Rehab Center collectively employs over 85 personnel, including doctors, nurses and other professionals and support staff.
